Lisa Barker, the author of Just Because Your Children Drive You Insane...Doesn't Mean You Are A Bad Parent!, Before I Had Kids I Was a Size 9 and the soon to be released I'm Losing My Narmals: Tales of The Boy & The Other Boy lives in Greenfield, California with her husband, five children and ten cats.
Known as "The Jelly Mom" from her successful and popular parenting humor column (Jelly Mom, 2004-2009) Lisa continues to write and is currently working on a novel for Catholic Moms. More projects that revolve around her family, faith and humor are in the works.
Lisa graduated from San Francisco State University in 1991 with a B.A. in Creative Writing knowing only that she wanted to write, marry and raise a large family and that's just what she's doing.
